Ross Valley Fire Station, San Anselmo
Completed in 2009 this project involved renovation and remodeling an existing fire station due to flood damage. A 1,306 SF addition to the main floor consisted of additional office space, handicap restrooms, new exercise room, and elevator. The 1,187 SF upper floor included dormitory expansion, and handicap shower facilities. The project also included floodproofing the entire perimeter of the building and installing disabled access to the entrance. An outside patio area with shade trellises was also included.
