Fredric C. Divine Associates is a full service highly experienced architectural firm with 7 employees at present. We are capable of taking a project from pre-design through design development, planning approval, construction documents, bidding and construction phase. We can perform any or all phases, based on the client’s needs. We have worked in nearly every jurisdiction in the greater Bay Area and are licensed in other states as well. We have extensive experience with difficult planning approvals and code enforcement issues. We work regularly with a range of non-profit agencies: consulting only, helping with strategy, or completing new, remodel, and space planning projects. A substantial portion of our work remains residential: both new and remodel, modest and highly custom. Commercial work ranges from space planning to new structures.
